The Forbidden Forest (Demo) (Visual Novel, 2023)

Producer/Game Designer/Narrative Designer/Writer/Programmer (Ren’py)

  • Designed and developed the concept of the project.

  • Crafted and developed the game's characters, narrative, scenarios, choices, and branching paths.

  • Created and maintained documentation specifying all the narrative features and content for the game.

  • Worked closely with a team of artists and a musician to craft a cohesive aesthetic for the game.

  • Fully programmed the game using the Ren’py engine through Visual Studio Code.

  • Made sure there’s narrative consistency in interactive games where there are many branches, and choices have consequences.

    • Highly competitive scholarship that grants full tuition to a Japanese university. ​

​I have a deep passion for video games. I am also passionate about social issues: I spend my free time reading and watching content to educate myself on the most pressing social issues that affect our society. I want to help create beautiful games while addressing said issues in a nuanced and empathetic way.
